YOUR RIGHTS

Under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), individuals defined as data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") have been granted certain rights, including their right to learn whether their personal data is being processed (Article 11.1.a), request information if their personal data is being processed (Article 11.1.b), learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose (Article 11.1.c), learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad (Article 11.1.ç), request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate (Article 11.1.d), request deletion or destruction of personal data within the scope of conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law (Article 11.1.e), request notification of the transactions carried out in accordance with (d) and (e) to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred (Article 11.1.f), object to the occurrence of a result against oneself due to the analysis of personal data solely through automated systems (Article 11.1.g), and request compensation for damages in case of any harm suffered due to the unlawful processing of personal data (Article 11.1.ğ). You can submit your requests within this scope to Refinery Food and Beverage Services Industry and Trade Inc. using the methods and procedures described in detail below. To provide you with faster and accurate information and to take more effective action in line with your requests, you can fill out the ready-made Application Form we have prepared for you and submit it to us. In accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated 10/03/2018), applications regarding these rights must be submitted to us in written form in Turkish or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board").

Application Procedure

In accordance with the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated 10/03/2018), your applications must include (a) your name, surname, and signature, (b) Turkish Republic identity number for Turkish citizens, nationality and passport number for foreigners or identification number if available, (c) your residential or business address for notification, (ç) your email address, phone, and fax number if applicable, (d) the subject of your request, and additionally, information and documents related to the subject of the application must be attached to the application. If you are applying on behalf of someone else, you must also submit documents issued or approved by competent authorities, such as a document proving that you are the legal guardian of the data subject or a power of attorney that clearly includes the authority to request within the scope of your personal data (such as a power of attorney). In order to eliminate the legal risks that may arise from unlawful and unfair sharing of data and to ensure the security of your personal data, our company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (such as a copy of your ID card or driver's license) for identification and authorization purposes. If the information provided in the form regarding your requests is not correct or up-to-date, or if an unauthorized application is made, our company does not accept any responsibility for such incorrect information or unauthorized requests. Your applications submitted to us will be responded to in writing, free of charge, within a maximum of thirty days from the date your request reaches us, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Law. However, in cases where a written response is to be provided, no fee shall be charged for the first ten pages, and an administrative fee determined by the Board (1 TL) shall be charged for each page exceeding ten pages.
